By signing up for a website through Muddy Boots Media ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Service Overview
We provide simple, professional websites for service-based businesses (e.g. pressure washing, lawn care, junk removal) for a flat rate of $50/month. This includes:
AI designed website based on provided content and branding (this is not a fully custom website. additional fees will apply for advanced designs)
Hosting, domain setup (if needed), and maintenance
Basic edits and support as outlined below
2. Subscription & Payments
The $50/month fee is billed automatically each month.
Your first payment is refundable for the first 30-days. After that, all payments are non-refundable.
You may cancel at any time by providing written notice via email at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Late or failed payments may result in your website being taken offline.
3. What's Included
Fully designed website (based on a template customized for your business using AI)
Mobile-responsive layout
Contact form
Hosting & technical maintenance
Up to 2 basic revisions per month (minor text/image swaps)
4. What's Not Included
Logo design (unless purchased separately)
Advanced features like eCommerce, booking systems, or custom-coded elements
SEO beyond basic structure
Ongoing blog or content writing
More than 2 content changes per month
(Additional services may be available for an added fee.)
5. Content Responsibilities
You agree to provide:
Your business information (services, about, contact info, etc.)
High-quality images and logo (if available)
Testimonials or reviews (optional)
We’ll build the site based on what you send us. If we don’t receive content within 7 days of signup, we’ll build a placeholder site with generic info to keep things moving.
6. Ownership
You own your content (logo, photos, text you provide).
We retain rights to the website design and structure unless a buyout is arranged.
If you cancel, we may take the site offline. You may request a static export for a $250 one-time fee (includes design files and HTML version of the site). If you have been with us for over 12-months, this export fee may be reduced to $100.
7. Support
Support is provided via email. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Support includes technical issues and basic updates. Complex changes may require additional charges. You can contact support at [email protected]
8. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to deny service or remove a site at our discretion, including in cases of:
Offensive or illegal content
Fraudulent or non-payment activity
Repeated violations of this agreement
9. Limitation of Liability
We’re here to help, but we’re not responsible for:
Any loss of business or revenue due to downtime or errors
Content errors provided by you
Changes made by third parties after site launch
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
